Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Knots & Bolts.

If there are any errors in your order, please contact us right away so that we can send you the correct item.  

If you have changed your mind about an item, whether it be the wrong size or a different color than you were expecting or you just don't like it, please contact us so we can make arrangements to return or exchange your item.

Due to copyright issues, though, sales of books and patterns and other copyrighted items are final.

Please do NOT send any items back to us until you have spoken to us and determined how we will be handling your return.

Any refunds will be credited via the method they were originally paid (i.e. a refund to your credit card or to your PayPal account).
